Between 10am and 7pm – please locate the Metro TAP Employees (blue shirts) that will be located at each station entrance (except at Vermont/Beverly or Wilshire/Normandie), show them your HARD SUMMER ticket or receipt and they will “TAP” you through the turnstile. If you are unable to locate the Metro TAP employee or are traveling outside the above hours, please use the Gate Help Intercom, located near the turnstiles and Metro will be able to assist you. All other Metro Rail lines and Metro Buses will operate the same as previous HARD events. You MUST have your HARD Summer ticket or receipt in order to ride Metro to and from the event.
