10th Grader Steals Mat Zo’s Car; Leaves Wallet Inside
Boys….if you’re going to go to the effort to steal a man’s ride you really ought to make sure that it doesn’t belong to a famous DJ with a serious social media army in tow. Or that you don’t take a selfie from the car and post it online. Or leave your ID in the back seat.
In what will go down as one of the most laughable car robberies in recent memory, British DJ/producer Mat Zo had his car stolen in the LA suburb of Covina today, and the culprits made their arrest an extremely straightforward procedure by leaving a trail of irrefutable evidence behind.
We are not sure when the car was stolen or where it was stolen from, but the important thing is that the car was found and returned to Mat with most likely the best evidence possible to catch the criminal; his high school ID which included his name, photo and grade level.
To make matters worse for the criminal, he took a photo with his friends inside Mat’s car that was posted on his Facebook, which Rukes shared a link to on Twitter, then receive confirmation from Mat that it was in fact his vehicles interior.
Little Jacob will have a lot of explaining to do to the authorities and his parents now.
Thankfully Mat Zo’s car was found without any traces of damage, and the children that took it will surely be reprimanded by the law and ridiculed by their peers.
You can watch the anger rain down on Mat Zo’s Twitter.
