Let no mistake be made , they gave us quite a show. Last year, the group placed at #10 on DJ Magazine’s Top 100 DJ poll. Over the span of three years, they released six global-charting tracks, made appearances at festivals like Ultra Music Festival, Electric Daisy Carnival, and Coachella, and won the loyal support of club-goers and world-renowned artists alike. Their rapid and wild success should come as no surprise—the group’s members have each placed in the top 50 on DJ Magazine’s Top 100 DJ poll (Axwell at #12, Angello at #23, and Ingrosso at #26), and have each put out chart-topping dance floor anthems.
Currently on tour, the trio recently announced this journey will be their last performing together. Swedish House Mafia’s final show is scheduled to take place in their native Sweden on November 24, 2012.
While the reason for SHM’s split remains a subject of mystery, the group left fans with these parting words: “We came, we raved, we loved.”
